ChalkBudget is provided “as is”. You are responsible for all financial decisions made using the app.
2. Premium and purchases
Premium features are sold as a one-time purchase through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit/the App Store, and Apple may process personal data (such as your Apple ID and country) according to its own terms and privacy policy. You may restore your purchase at any time.
3. No warranty
The developer does not guarantee the app will be free of errors or interruptions.
4. Liability
The developer is not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the app.
